保險資訊 Insurance Information
客戶服務處亦為本屋苑購置物業結構性火險。
屋苑雖然購置物業結構性火險,但私人財產並唔包括喺保障範圍內,也建議大家可以購置家居保險。留意只包括公眾位置火險,不包括單位內。
一般來說,只要出示客戶服務處購買的火險保單,承造按揭都沒有問題,實際視乎每間銀行做法。
The Customer Service Office has also purchased Property All Risks Insurance for ATR.
Although ATR has purchased Property All Risks Insurance, personal belongings are not covered under this policy. It is recommended that everyone considers purchasing home insurance.Please note that only public area fire insurance is included, and it does not cover individual units.
Generally speaking, as long as you present the fire insurance policy purchased by the Customer Service Office, obtaining a mortgage should not be a problem, though the specific practices may vary by bank.

若業主未能親往收樓:Authorized Person to Handle the Handover:

2. 臨時管理費及按金收據 (正本) Temporary Receipt of Management Fee & Deposits Payment
3. 收樓代表授權書 (正本) Letter of Delegation from the owner(s) who may be absent (applicable to joint owners)
4. 授權人身份證明文件 (正本) Identification Documents of the Authorized Person
5. 業主身份證明文件 (副本) Copy of Hong Kong Identity Card(s) of owner(s)
